How to replace shower faucet in Georgetown 360

I ordered a new shower faucet to replace a leaking one. After opening the access hole I don't have enough room to get my hand and wrench in to unscrew the nuts. Does anybody have any suggestions. The shower is in the corner and doesn't have a back access panel.
Thanks
