No it does not - Let me just say it will be a PITA to drop the tanks

I did not drop the tanks when I installed the Tornado and wished I did for a cleaner install because when you hold a hole saw at an angle it makes a larger hole so with that being said - if you can get one of those angle drill heads that attach to the drill it will make the install alot smoother

Omg......please tell me that just putting a hose that has a rotating spray head, down the toilet will do the trick........(fingers are crossed)

there are many ways of cleaning the tank - most of it is choice - I chose to install the Tornado - others use the wand down the toilet which is effective but I didnt think it was practical for me due to the fact if you are at a dump station you will not want to drag a hose thru your camper to clean it out - or atleast I dont because if it is anything like pulling your boat out of the water at a ramp you will have impatient people waiting for you to hurry up and go - if that makes any sense.

Well I thought it was considered rude to flush-out your tank when people are behind you in line.....

I wouldnt know - I have only flushed my tanks out once and I did pull behind someone and he took his time - I also told him no rush and watched / talked to him so I had an idea of what others where doing to clean there tanks - he never went inside to clean the toilet with a wand - he had a clear elbow with a hose attachment and ran the hose on the clear elbow when draining out his tanks.
to me didnt seem effective but he had no issues with it.

That does the trick for me. I do that after about every 3 or 4 camping trips at home, so I don't hold up the line at the dump station. The small amount of water added to my tank is the charge for my next trip.

Question......
I just saw an add for CLR (you know the calcium, lime, rust stuff) and they have a septic mix.
Does anyone use this for their tanks?
Its supposed to help breakdown organic waste.........so I wonder if I could put a little in the black tank to help prevent hard deposits?

Hopefully you don't keep the poop long enough for that to work. With two of us, we dump every 3 days, not long enough for a septic treatment to work. We use the geo method?? . Works very well for us.
