How to stop slow drip from sewer hookup?

When I twist on my sewer hose, there is a slow and steady drip when I pull the lever to empty it. Is there a way to get the connection to seal a little tighter?

Is there an o-ring or gasket in the hose end?

Check for debris on the O ring, clean and lube it with something like Danco.

Yes, it will either be a flat sided O ring or a round one.
