I'm new and need de-winterizing help!

We just bought our Wildwood trailer last year. I paid to have it winterized and now we want to use it! I don't want to pay to have it de-winterized and they said it was super easy to do myself. That was until I called to ask how to do it and now I am referred to YouTube. While I know that is an easy way to watch how to do things, I am still confused! I have hooked up my trailer using the city water line. I have run all of the antifreeze out of everything. Can I fill my water heater from the city water valve? I wish the owner's manual was detailed to help new owners like me!! Any information would be useful... Thanks!!
