Impossible connections on faucets
I am going to replace the faucets in kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen was tough to unhook but I got it. That bathroom....I'm cussing.
Took the outdoor shower out so I could reach in. Holy cow a 800 pound gorilla put those on. Cant get a wrench in there or is there some special one?
I did get the cold off but that hot....damn.

Did anyone add a length of hose to the faucet, making it easier to get to the lines?

Exactly what I did, when In redid my kitchen sink. Terminated the PEX tubes at the floor level in the cabinet, then used the standard home flex-pipe from the underside of the faucet to the PEX.

No, but if that's what you want to do, check in the plumbing department of Lowe's or Home Depot. I'm thinking that a hose for a toilet to the water supply might work. They come in different lengths and thread diameters. Just an idea.

I hope I can find a match. Trying to get those back on, making sure they are tight, ugh.

Do you have enough hose to loosen the sink and pull it up to get to the connection on the hoses??

Not in the bathroom. The connections also feed the outdoor shower. In the kitchen I thought I could but pulling the sink up was not possible due to the inaccessible hold down screws.

Installed new bath faucet without much fanfare. Kitchen went in just as easy. The Moen I bought has a sprayer attachment so I asked the Lowes guy, can I use this without attaching the sprayer. He said yes. He lied.
All installed, cant use. I dont want the sprayer so I'm going back tomorrow to rig a short hose to stop off the outlet under the sink. Ugh.
