Inop tankless water heater

Iím on the maiden voyage of my new 2019 Dynamax Isata 3. When we made it far enough south to dewinterize I discovered I couldnít get my on demand water heater to function. I turned on the switch outside at the unit and turned the rotary knob inside on. None of the LED lights have came on. What have I missed?

Could a by-pass valve be turned so water is not going into the water heater? Just thinking out loud since you mentioned de-winterize.
