Josh Cavitt - question on backflow preventers

Josh - I had an issue with the backflow preventer for my black tank flush. Are there any other backflow preventers anywhere else in the FR designed water systems that we need to know about. It seems that the black plastic B&B backflow preventers do not have a very good reputation here on the forum. There seems to be a lot of them failing, getting installed backwards at the factory and/or leaking.

I know where the black tank flush is in mine, under the bathroom vanity. The one I'm worried about, if there is one, is one for the city water inlet. Does FR install one inline somewhere to prevent fresh water from coming out of the city water inlet when running the onboard pump?

Hopefully any others are installed someplace where they are accessible.

Any info for the Forester 2301 would be appreciated, however, be prepared for the same question for your other models too.

Thanks

OK, I found the one behind the city water inlet. Any others we should know about?
