Kitchen faucet leak

2013 3001 windjammer
Kitchen faucet leaks where handle sits on faucet.
Can't find info to remove handle.there is a little plastic plug?? On under side.just got home from 4 months on road ready to tear facuet apart what's the trick to removing handle??
Faucet has pull out end on hose. Is a single lever.

Pull that little plastic plug out and there's either a hex screw or a slotted screw under it. Loosen it and the handle should pull off the stem.

Having said that, I would recommend just replacing the whole faucet for a better one. Especially if that is an OEM faucet that came in the RV.
