Leak below floor of 2002 Roo

In need of desperate help. New to RVing....any help appreciated.

Just bought the above trailer. Hooked up city water to do some cleaning. Everything seemed fine, until I noticed under the TT between gray and black holding tank there was a area that had water trapped. Seems to be a black fiber or some membrane between the tanks. I could push on it and feel and hear water. Water was dripping from multiple places under the trailer.

I proceed to go in trailer removed and looked at ever accessible plumbing I could get to and found all dry.

History on the TT. The previous owner said it was winterized, but it had sat for 3 years. I emptied the gray water tank to see if it improved but have not had a chance to see yet.

I am very perplexed but this, the trailer in general needed a GOOD cleaning which we are doing.

So any suggestions anybody?

I live in Troy Ohio, any good reputable dealer recommendations??...NOT A fan of Dave Arbogast RV Depot.

Help help

Thanks in advance.

Is the water leaking out sudsy? Or soapy? Or does it smell like poop? If its soapy or sudsy, its probably grey water line connection failure. Running some water does the problem worsen? Test all faucets and find which onemakes thesituation worse. Then follow the drain to the grey water tank. You may have to remove some access panels to do this. It might just be a loose connection that needs tightening. This was exactly my experience yesterday with a brand new trailer. Shoddy workmanship and bumps in the road completely disconnected my kitchen sink grey water flexible hose from the pvc that runs into the tank. Let me know how it goes.

I think I have located the culprit. A lack of caulking in the shower area, which my wife cleaned well with water. And then I found a busted trap under the shower stall. So I hope all is good after I fix these issues.

Thanks for the info and help.
