Leaking kitchen faucet

On my previous Flagstaff 27 BHSS and on my present Rockwood 2701 SS I have a water leak under the kitchen sink that I can't seem to stop. It isn't a pressure leak. The supply water lines are dry. It seems to be coming from the center of the faucet when dishes are being washed . I took the snout off and the "O" rings seem to be in good shape. Has anyone had this problem and how did you fix it. I can't seem to get the faucet loose from underneath the sink. I also need help with doing this. What is the trick?

The faucet handles also have o-rings on some faucets. Not sure what you have. If it is leaking from the center and not from the supply lines. It is the faucet itself leaking. I would probably change it out with a new faucet.

Look above the supply lines where they connect. Should be some sort of fasteners (nuts) holding the faucet on. You would have to disconnect the supply lines to get to them.

Quick connects rely on an o-ring seal. O-rings are generally off the shelf, super cheap parts...like 3 cents cheap. Turn off your water. Disconnect...and take a look.
I'd take the o-ring off and clean both mating surfaces and add a dap of vasoline. See what that gets you.

Try replacing the o-ring if that doesn't work. There isn't much going on there. and have a nice day with your kitchen faucet.

the cheap piece of crap faucets that came with our 27VRL were terrible. They blew out over the first winter even being thoroughly winterized. I replaced the kitchen and both bathroom faucets with Moen.
