On my new trailer I have a leaking fitting. I have contacted the salesman, but wanted to see if any one had any fixes here. It appears the leak is on the fitting between the plastic tubing and male connector for the hot water.

I would go to Home Depot and see if they have a shark bite fitting that has the male thread cut the old one out and replace with the shark bite fitting

It looks to like the fitting attached to the red PEX has a problem. I see water between the PEX and the fitting. Based on the amount of deflection with the red PEX vs the blue PEX I bet the plastic fitting is cracked. PEX crimping tools need to be calibrated. Both the pinch clamp and the crimp type tools need this. From my internet research pinch clamps are just as good as crimp clamps. I would not use a regular hose clamp for the repair. I wouldn't think you could get enough clamping force with one.
