Leaky toilet valve - how do I fix it

I have a 2011 Berkshire 390QS. I had it winterized and naturally they left some anti-freeze in the toilet bowl. In the spring, I noticed that the anti-freeze that had been left in the bowl had drained out.

I filled it with some water in the spring and that eventually drained out also.

Is the problem the ball or seal that blocks the exit of water into the black tank until the foot pedal is depressed? If so, how does one remedy this.

Many thanks my RV brothers and sisters!

The seal is the likely problem. some times the TP gets stuck to the seal.

The use something like this.

Or a Silicone spray.

Or like I had to do - replace the seal.
