Leave sewer hose connected while driving?

Disclaimer: This is on a class C Sunseeker which has the dump valves inside a storage compartment...

Given that, would it be possible to leave the sewer hose connected to the dump pipe while driving?

We are leaving Disney's Fort Wilderness and driving to a KOA in Georgia tomorrow.

This would prevent having to detach the sewer hose only to reattach it seven hours later.

I would leave the cover on the end of the sewer hose and, of course, leave the dump valves closed.

(I tried posting this in plumbing but the new topic button didn't show up on my phone app)

If you do not want to rinse out the sewer hose after the gray water goes through it, I guess you are fine. We disconnect it and rinse it out in case anything is lodged in the bends of the sewer hose.
