Low Point Drain Lines

Are the low point drains pressurized if using the on board water tank / pump? I store my TT in an area that has no water supply. I thought if I filled the on board water tank at a faucet nearby the storage area..I might be able to attach a hose to one of the low point drains, turn on the pump and wash the trailer where it is stored. The hose would have an on/off nozzle on it to control the water and let the pump rest when not needed. . Does this sound like something that might work?

Yes that will work, but washing the RV would be a strain on the Water Pump. Also the flow rate will be lower than home, but it will work
