Here's my mod. Two push on/sharkbite fittings on the hot/cold lines, Third blue line is fresh water line that has it's own valve inside coach.
Tried the plastic type valves shown by another, but after a time they tend to bind and become hard to turn.
Mine are from Lowes, for 1/2 inch lines.

Have a 2014 Thunderbolt 395 AMP. Assuming same as yours, did you ever receive or find a plumbing diagram?
If I could trace both hot and cold low point drains back, where does each become accessible so I can install a shutoff/drain valve that won't freeze?

Diagrams don't exist as such for each model trailer.....Just need to start removing panels to find what your look'n for

Mel, as Bob pointed out, there are no diagrams available for plumbing, electric, etc. Other than doing as he suggests and going digging, the only other option would be to send Bob Elson, (XLR's plant manager) a PM here on the forum. He goes by the user name bulletbob and has been known to help out with questions like these.

I was gonna show how mine were done, as I scroll down, well there it is! Rodney beat me to it. Mine are dead smack in the middle of the trailer, no way to do much as far as tucking them inside the belly. The hot could be a bit shorter, but it doesn't hang below the axle, alternately the cold could be a hair longer too.........

You can always just cut a s sided access panel where they come out, there has to be a 90 degree at the belly...
