Low Point Drains

Will the low point drain remove the water in the water pump? Am taking out the onboard filter housing so the only thing that worries me is the pump.

Probably not.

Blow it out with some air or let some A/F push it out.

Being a 2012 you should have a "Pre pump screen filter also"! You should unscrew the clear housing and drain it also! While there place a hose on the suction side of your pump and turn on the pump and draw anti-freeze into your pump! Youroo!!

Your low point drains will not remove the water in the strainer of the pump. But if you are using A/F it will push it out. If your using only air you will have to drain it. make sure you don't cross thread it putting it back on or you will be buying a new pump....

Water Pump Drain

Thanks a lot. I think that pretty well answers my question.
