Low water pressure

Hello everyone. I have an '08 Sandpiper 305RLW fifth wheel with a built-in water filter. I have very low water pressure. The filter is new, so it's not clogged up. I removed the regulator, and still have low pressure. If I remove the filter cartridge and use an external Walmart-purchased filter, everything is fine. I would appreciate any help.

Check all your taps for blockages.
The screens screw off and undoubtedly have debris in them.
What micron filter did u get ?

The one I used was new, but not in the package. Therefore, I do not know.

Overly "fine" cartridges clog up quickly especially when well water is used.
Use only sediment filters and not ones "that remove chlorine", etc...

The correct filters are expensive. The cheap ones from home stores clog up fast.

Well, I hate to tell this on myself, but I found out the "new" filter turned out to be an old one that was clogged up. The outside of the cartridge looked so white it fooled me. A closer look inside showed that it was brown. I changed the filter cartridge today and the problem is solved. I think I am going to have to replace my cartridges more than once a year, especially of I continue to stay in a park with nasty water.
