My hose is stiff....

Nope....not that kind of a hose. Got my oxygenics shower yesterday, love it! BUT, i did not expect the hose as stiff as on the stock plastic el cheapo. Anybody have any ideas? Im 235lbs and when showering(no bath tub) the stypid hose sticks out from the controls about 1/3 unt the shower stall. I tried turning it etc...

Normal advice would be a cold shower or send kids on a treasure hunt.

In this case I suggest setting it out in the sun or running hot water thru it to limber things up (soak in a sink of hot water?)

I can imagine the packaging had it rolled up rather tight.

I swapped out the Oxy hose with the one that came with the trailer, since it was already the 'right' shape. The Oxy hose went into storage in case of future need.

I did what red wolf said also cut the little space in hose holder to slip in the hose easier and pulls out easy.
