Which part of it? One of my handles worked itself loose due to improper winterization. I had to take apart the cold to see how it was supposed to go together. All of the pieces were there- it just had loosened itself magically (1 of 3 connections the did it).

Need help ....

Could it be the little dooflinky (sorry forgot the name) that's at the end of the outlet is stuck open? Maybe push on it and see if it'll reseat itself.

'the little dooflinky' or 'backflow preventer' or 'check valve'. If you can't get it unstuck and want to fix later you can go the a hardware store or RV center and get a hose quick connect unit that has a built in check valve.

If its not working maybe a RV dealer where you are heading can sell you a city water connection. They aren't expensive and very easy to change, the screws on the outside and a threaded hose or pipe connection when you free it from the RV side.

Be sure to use sealant when you put the flange back on.

Thanks guys.
Got it fixed.Had to replace the whole thing.
Cut off the rope caulking around the base
Take out 4 screws
Pull the whole cone piece out unscrew from hose fitting and put it back together
The cone and water connection is all 1 piece
