New Camper WATER PROBLEM! Closed slides after had watrer in in trailer

We just bought 831FKBSS got caught in down pour rain & snow Sunday had to move to higher ground. Close camper to move to different site, still very wet. Open up on new site a couple hours later notice water in Bedroom both side of bed by slide and later in Living room by couch.

Have wet vac and running dehumidifer any other suggestions?

Another argument for slide toppers. They prevent water from pooling on the top of the slide in a rain storm. Retracting the slide with water on it brings it right in with the slide.

As to what to do now, you are doing it. Suck up what water you can and run the AC to dehumidify. Repeat until dry as you don't want the floor to stay wet too long. The plywood is not marine grade and will start to delaminate if it stays wet for more than a few days.

Didn't your camper come with the awnings installed. Ours did and I wasn't aware that they were optional. Maybe we got a better deal than I thought.... Hope it all dries out for you. Should be all right since you got right on top of things.....
