Inside control panel says "switch in closet". Does that mean the closet the tank is in? I'm thinking it is behind the wood that is used to stabilize tank during transport seen on picture

After thought: Find papers and see if there is a switch. Take panel off where power wires come in and with VOM see if you get 120volts. Circuit breaker panel is in bedroom closet on . check heating element wire may have come off. If you have power. your element is most likely bad

Just spoke with tech support. The switch is in the BEDROOM closet. If only the label had specified which closet!!

If you will look near the top of any Forest River Forum page, you will see a "Library" tab (between "User CP" and "FAQ"). Click this and you will find a plethora of manuals on many different items.

Hope it helps.
