New Grey Wolf and Kitchen Sink Problem

Just got our new grey wolf last week and gave it a work out this weekend at the BBQ competition. We parked and setup everything. The sink cold water was working fine. Then, we fired up the hot water heater. I opened the faucets and the hot water was sputtering. Obviously air was in there. Then both hot and cold were out of pressure almost completely. Now both are pretty much letting out a thin thin stream with almost no pressure at all. The water pump does not turn on when either lever is turned. What could this be? Do I need to bring it in or can I fix it?

Just like at home, first things first. Clean the filter screen/aerator at the end of the faucet. Check the valving to be sure the hot water tank is actually getting water. Is the hot water tank filled/full? Is there water in the storage tank?
