New to full-time - how cold can I go?

We are new to full-timing and are working on the plan for the year. We have a Forester MBS 2401R which has the arctic package. How cold can we go? We are looking at Arizona in March with lows in the teens. Can the arctic package keep up with that level of cold? Thanks!

We have camped down to 16 degrees over night. Use onboard water and run propane heater. When set up, I use an Extend-a-stay kit that utilises and external propane tank for use rather then the onboard tank. Have done this several winters with no problems and use the tank warmers.
