Newb winterizing ?

I have a 2017 26tbss.
I drained the hot water tank.
But noticed it was still hot even with the water heater switch off on the control panel. Is there another switch I have to turn off? Thank god I had water in it.

I went to turn the water heater bypass valve on, but I only have two valves? Do I just turn the cold water valve off?

I also bought a winterizing kit to suck in the rv anti freeze. But The owners manual isn't specific to my camper and I'm not sure where it's located.

Any help is appreciated
