No cold water in outside shower

Everything worked when the dealer winterized my Tracer 230BFS at the beginning of winter. After dewinterizing it all faucets work except the cold water for the outside shower. Anyone know what the problem might be and how to fix it? Closed underbelly, so I can only access faucets in hookup area.

Solved.Turned of the pump and dismantled faucet. Out shot water and debri. Put it back together and voila - running water.
