Is your camper a 315re? Been trying to find a 312re, but not finding that model? is it a fifth wheel? If so, The water pump maybe accessible by going thru the basement storage and removing a panel down there. Pm me if you need more help

Just looked at your album pictures (i usually use the app in my Droid)
I'm almost Sure your water pump would be accessed thru the basement. It Has to be behind the hookups. That's exactly how mine is on my sabre anyway.

Call Dan Evans, head of the Elkhart Service and Warranty Department. Give him the last 7 digits of your VIN and he should be able to help.

You can get Dan at (574) 206-7600, or by e-mail at devans@forestriverinc.com.

Stupid question, but do you have good battery power, the pump runs on 12v?

X2

The unit was at a storage unit. Your battery might be dead. When hooked up to 120volt try pump again.

The lights work and the hydraulic system works to run slides and landing gear. I will try it again when we get to campground and plugged in. Loading up today and heading to Myrtle Beach.

Don't know where to tell you to find it, but RV techs have told me water pumps RARELY fail. I once had the fuse blow on it, paid an RV dealer $85 to replace a 20 cent fuse.

Also, if you are camping in freezing weather, and your water pump freezes, it will eventuallhy UN-Freeze. Happened to me once.

If it were me, I would be under strict orders to have it working or have all the parts to fix it Before we leave. Oh and BTW we are still leaving on time!!
