Question opt water 110 breaker

I have a forest river rock wood and in the breaker box I have an "opt water" breaker and can't figure out what it is for. The hot water heater is lp gas only.

that's for if you had a gas/electric WH and that breaker would go to the electric side of the WH. most RV WH's are propane and electric.
