Outside kitchen faucet issue

Have a Silverback fiver (38bhs) that has an outside kitchen. Didn't get the water out this winter and the faucet was in the sink when I opened her up. Can't figure out how to get the cover off to see if I can replace the broken section and I can't believe I need to come at it from underneath given there is such small space to work. Anyone have any ideas?

99.9% sure that is not fixable. You will need to unhook from below and replace with new faucet. Next fall be sure to blow out or antifreeze hot and cold side.
