I had that problem. No matter how much I tightened the hose going into the faucet part, it would still leak. I ended up getting another faucet unit, installed that puppy, and now no more leaking. For the life of me, I still can't figure out where the old unit was leaking for sure.....I think it was where the hose connects. I didn't see any cracks or anything, but the new unit works great, so no worries.
It is a pretty straight forward change out. I think I spent about $15 for the new unit.
