Palomini Hot Water Heater

HELP! We ordered an new 150RBS Palomini and had it delivered. On our first voyage, we couldn't get the hot water heater to work! We took it in to the nearest place that serviced them, and gave them 2 weeks. We picked it up, they said problem solved! Super! We took it out last weekend, STILL no hot water! We have gas at the range, but the HW won't come on! I opened the cover, and there is NO action. Is there a pilot that needs to be lit???

Did you turn on the hot water switch typically with the water pump switch, tank and battery levels, ?

See if this thread may help, and also that you have your bypass and crossover valves set correct (very common problem).

It's all explained in the thread below:

Suburban's electric switch and much more

No Hot Water

We had a similar problem when we installed our clothes washer. We turned the hot water on to the washer and left it on. When we went to turn the hot water on to take a shower or to wash dishes, no hot water there. Turns out that you havew to turn the hot water off at the washer inlet in order to get hot water in the bathroom and kitchen.
