Plugged sinks, toilet flows

After blowing out lines for early season freeze, we are camping and the sinks don't flow. The toilet and shower do flow. Are the caps on the end of sink faucets removable?

The aerator on the sink is removable.

I had a similar thing happen to me. Turned out to be ice in the lines. Try following the sink pipes down to see if there is a low spot water could have collected in and frozen.

I agree, you have ice somewhere in your water pipes!
