Plumbing help

I have 2007 forest river Georgetown class a 338. When I turn on the pump to use the fresh water tank, the water pumps out of the city fill connection. What is the problem?

there is a one way check valve in the city water connection that sounds to be stuck or broken .

You need to replace the check valve at the city fill connection.

Dave, great minds think alike. Looks like we hit the send button about the same time.

Is the check valve part of the city water connection which ties into the plastic pipe?

Is the check valve part of the city water connection? Do I simply remove this connection and replace with a new one back into the plastic pipe?

You'll have to follow the line from pump to your city water connection

The check valve is attached to the city inlet. It is 1/2 inch threaded and is very easy to replace. All you need to know is it recessed or surface mounted.
