possible water leak?

I have been reading posts and I am enjoying learning just by reading through.

This past weekend we noticed water leaking from under the dinette bench of our pop up. This is were the fresh water tank is located. It wasn't a ton of water, just wiped up with a few paper towels. I had not turned on the water pump yet, as we hadn't used the sink. I turned on the pump and ran the sink, thinking I over filled? This slowed it down, but we did notice moisture for the rest of the weekend.

I guess what I am looking for is what to do next? Should I refill the tank and check for leaks? Can I (should I) tow the pop up with the water pump on? Did I leak because I didn't turn on the pump right away? Can you over fill a fresh water tank?

Clearly I am new to all of this. We have a 2012 Rockwood Freedom 1940 ltd pop up.

Looking for any insights.

You should be able to check and see if you can determine the source of the leak. It shouldn't be left too long as it can easily damage the floor in that area.

It may be as simple as tightening a fitting.
