Possibly dumb fresh water tank question

Recently traded my Flagstaff trailer for a Coachmen Pursuit MH and not sure how this works. The trailer fresh water tank was underneath - below the level of the gravity fill and associated overflow tube. The MH has the tank above the fill - sitting on the floor under the bed in back - and the fill is the same kind of hose connection as the city water hookup. This means you must have a hose (with pressure) to fill the tank. When I look under the bed I see the fill pipe (into the top of the tank), the pipe running to the pump (off the bottom), and a third pipe off the top that I assume is an overflow... though I haven't figured out where that dumps... yet.

So here's my question. I'm used to dumping my chlorine solution into the gravily fill on my trailer to sanitize the system. How do I get that into a system built like this?

Inquiring minds want to know.

Pour your solution into the hose you use to fill the tank and then play away.

Interesting, but yeah... I guess that makes sense. Thanks.
