Pressure gauge on adjustable water regulator

Has anyone added a pressure gauge to an adjustable regulator itself? Don't mean in line, but to the actual regulator. I just got a Watts N55B M1 reg and want to add the gauge to the regulator.

We use a Watts H540. The guage simply screws into a port in the side of the regulator - sorry can't give you the gauge part # as trailer is at dealer right now.

Got it all installed, just put a "T" in the line and put the gauge in the top of the tee and hooked the regulator to the city water inlet. Found out our house water pressure is only 45#, so will be adjusting it up a bit.
