It's a pressure regulator, and most are set for 40 psi. These can be found at camper supply stores, and maybe even Wal Mart. Some campgrounds run a high pressure due to demand of many campers. Most trailers should not have much over 40 psi inlet water pressure. Get the brass one and not the plastic. I have read several post where the adjustable one with the gauge doesn't work correctly.
