Problem in the bathroom of my Puma 25RS

I found a soft spot in the floor near the wall in my bathroom. I am in the process of removing the cabinet and sink. I am going to have to cut the drain pipe in order to remove the cabinet, now another problem. The hot and cold water lines are connected to the others under the tub. I can disconnect the lines at the sink but I don't know if I can get the lines back through the holes and into the hole under the far end of the tub where they come through. If I cut them, how hard would they be to reconnect? I am going to go to Home Depot to check and see if I can get the right hardware before I do it. Any suggestions?

I think my puma has pex, on pressure-side pipes. I'm no plummer but I think you have to put a splice fitting in the pipe and then crip a band on the pipe. I think it takes a special tool to crimp the band. You might be able to rent or barrow the crimper if it is pex!
