also mentions a propane leak "detector" as part of the selector valve in some models (motor homes). That could also cause your "no flow" problem.

aaaahhhhhhh? It was about 15-20 degrees outside? DUH? IT'S TOOO COLD!

Propane doesn't flow well when it cold! We had the same problem... the tanks need to warm up some. Add a 60 watt light bulb under the gas tank cover... or take the tanks inside the house or garage for awhile to warm up. We found that our RV and propane BBQ grill DO NOT work in really cold weather.
