Re-routing shower drain line on 2007 Skyline 190 travel trailer...

I need to re-route my 2007 Skyline Layton 190 rv shower drain line from interior above floor to under and parallel to exterior of floor and penetrate top and side of tank under floor. I previously had a double bed frame which hid the drain line. I have recently removed that bed replacing it with a click clack bed. Now it is exposed above the floor about 3 inches high and about 3 ft. long. it looks bad and is a trip hazard. Any thoughts from some of you rv plumbing experts? I could sure use your expertise right now. Thanks much in advance!
