Reinstalling Toilet after flooring replacement

Over the winter my vinyl flooring split and I am now in the process of replacing the vinyl floor, with a slightly thicker vinyl plank flooring. Before I start to lay the new flooring in the bathroom I wanted to know what problems I might come across.

The removal of the toilet seems fairly straight forward, however when reinstalling the toilet I had a few questions.

1 - With the floor now being slightly thicker will this cause a problem with the toilet sealing to the floor?

2 - Does the rubber floor seal need to be replaced, or can it be reused as long as it isn't cracked or damaged?

3 - Any other suggestions / problems I may come across?

How much is "slightly", 1/4 or less I doubt very much that it will be a problem.

This I would treat like the wax seal used un a stick house, replace it!

Only suggestions is to go slow, measure twice cut once and turn the end piece upside down to mark it.
