remaining water in blank tank

Recently brought our trailer home after being on a permanent spot for a few years and having many black tank issues..My question is,,,after removing the toilet and numerous and I mean numerous flushes, we can now look into the tank and see that it is all clear water, however, there is still a small amount of the clear water that remains (maybe 1/2 inch deep)...Is this normal or should we have a completely dry tank? We have leaned it to the side slightly but water still remains..We didnt know if this is the way it should be because we have never gotten it to this extent..thanks 8296ss model

I would say 1/2 inch might be normal. You can see from the photo how the valve body is attached to the tank. The bottom of the valve itself is even higher yet. I think you fixed it.
