replacing my gray tank

hello all,

Just bought my 1998 forest river 30' class c, just found out my gray tank has a crack, i want to try and tackle myself but first road block is the nut and bolt that hold the tank is semi rusted and both the nut and bolt turn, i dont know how to acess the bolt on top.

anyone with the same rv can help out?

Do you have a Dremel tool?
A cutting wheel on a Dremel is a great way to get through rusted nuts and bolts. Just be sure to wear eye protection under there.
