Replacing Shower faucet

I have a 2001 Forest River / Parkwood model camper. The hot water knob on the shower faucet broke and I am going to need to replace the fixture.

I need some help. I do not see any panels or screws on the inside of the shower or on the fixture itself to take the faucet off. The faucet has what looks like a rubber seal or caulk where the faucet attachs to the shower wall. Can this be cut and the faucet pulled from the shower wall?
If not, is there a another way to get to the hoses to replace the faucet.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Photo of the faucet would help us see what your dealing with. If there's no removable access panel near the faucet, check on the wall behind the shower wall where faucet is mounted. There may be access to the back of the faucet, or you may have to cut an access hole to get to it, and cover it with a homemade panel.

Also, if it's just the control lever or knob, there may/should be a cap that pops or prys off covering a screw that holds the lever or knob onto the valve control. If thats the case, and just the knob is broken, should be easy to find a generic that will fit.
