Rockwood Roo bathroom sinks drains to the ground

Why when we run the bathroom sink, the water drains out a red tube to the ground that is just above the black waste water line? We have a 2007 Rockwood Roo.

It's probably the hot low point drain left open.

The low point drains are for winterization.
Nearly all RVs have them.

There should be three drain tubes sticking out underneath:
FW drain tube
Hot water low point drain(usually red)
Cold water low point drain(usually blue)
