RV Toilet Problems

The commode has a white pipe extending down in the black tank causing a blockage problem. Can this pipe be removed and cut off? Is it part of the commode or part of the tank flange? Is it glued to the black tank? What other problems and how much work? 2009 Flagstaff

Can you post some photos?
Try not to drop the camera down the hopper!

Always something to work on.

After shining a bright light in the commode, the pipe is black and appears to be part of the flange. I still would like to cut it if it isn't too much work. I may try to put a valve on the shower, spray water down the commode and try to keep it clean that way if I can't get info from someone that knows how it is put together. The picture is not very good but it is all we could get. Thanks

I shaped a bowl brush to get in there and use a gel bowl cleaner.
Check out the mod I did to add a sprayer to the toilet.

Search "Thetford repair"

That's not a pipe, it is the bottom portion of the comode. What do you expect to gain by enlarging it? It's the same size as the upper hole.
