My apologies for grossness... Where can I find a replacement for black water valve? The plunger is either broken or stuck, just soon replace both grey and black.

Thank you!

I guess I was overthinking the part. I thought maybe it was the whole assembly.

Just a gate valve.

Try something first ( I have done this) Get a mal zerk grease fitting. Drill a hole in the edge of the of the gate valve. Screw in the zerk (the threads will self tap the hole that you drilled). Pump some grease in the gate valve and that will be the end of all your valve problems. I just wish I could do this in my 5th wheel - all the gate valves are hidden and basically unavailable unless I peel off the bottom of the rig

Gate valves should be considered a normal maintenance item and be changed periodically. When they become hard to operate just change them. Rubber parts do not respond well to grease over time. I would change them all at the same time since you have all the tools and mess anyway. They are cheap enough to purchase.
