Seeking kitchen faucet repair part help

I have a 2014 Georgetown 328TS I bought used in fall 2015. The kitchen sink connector leaks. It is plastic and looks like some sort of quick connector. It has a crack at the top of the white connector and the tabs that should snap appear worn. Refer to the white connector in pics.

I cannot determine the mfg of the faucet. It is a pullout spray faucet. Here are some photos.

Can anyone help direct me as the can I get a replacement part etc. Sure seems silly to have to replace the new faucet.

Much thanks.

Elizabeth

I believe that part is called a 'hydrolock' on Moen faucets.
It is designed to cap the port on the faucet (under the sink) where a typical sprayer wand would attach. Since it appears your sprayer is built into the head, it is likely just a cap.

You are almost going to have to know the manufacturer of the faucet assembly or contact Georgetown to determine where to get parts.

I'm dealing with the exact same need. Any luck for you??? The guy at Camping World looked at it like it was from another world.
