Sewer hoses

Is it possible to make a specific length sewer hose? We have the 5' for one hookup but it's just a bit too long for where we are parked right now. Is it possible to shorten the hose? If yes, what parts is needed to do that? Thanks!

Make one with PVC pipe and Fernco... Really easy to do.

It depends on the brand of sewer hose you get.
The cheaper hoses can be shortened with a box cutter (to cut the hose) and a pair of wire cutters (to cut the wire). Remove the clamp and fitting from the end of the cut off hose and reinstall them on the shortened hose.

More expensive hoses (like Rhino brand) are even easier to shorten.
