From the manufacturing process.
I had the same issue with my outdoor shower and the bathroom faucet. I removed the shower head and sink faucett ring- cleaned them out (plastic burrs were in the screen) and all is well

I went to Home Depot and purchased a shower head that was specifically designed for low water pressure. I don't know the brand, but it works great.

Amazon.com: Oxygenics Body Spa Handheld Shower Kit, White: Home Improvement

This is the one I bought. Save your receipt. It is warranted for life with the receipt but you are SOL without it.

Mine broke off at the threads.

The body spa model. I have bought two. Not because one failed just let the new owners of my old camper have it.

Happy Camping

A big 10-4 on that!

Mine came off by accident when the DW was trying to turn the end of the hose and instead unscrewed the hose from the faucet. The little white disc popped off by itself. Oxygenics works better now.
