Shower/Tub base crack

Please Help!!!
I found a crack in the tub base, I have a no hex shower tub and yes it is a tub LOL most people say its not but it is 14 inches deep, anyway the other day I found a crack in it. It is had to see because it is in a crease. I have searched several camping supply websites with no luck. they have the right size but not the depth, I need the depth because of the door and everything else. I am not wanting to replace everything has anyone seen a shower/tub like this for sale on any websites? I am attaching a picture of the base.

2 suggestions,

1) do you have a removable panel at/on the bottom 'wall" of the tub? If so, can you reach the cracked place from under the tub? If so, read up on how to do fiberglassing using cloth and resin. By fiberglassing under the tub along the backside of the crack, you can seal and reinforce the tub so it'll not leak and be serviceable. It would also help to stabilize the bottom of the tub under the crack with, for example, a block of wood which will reduce/eliminate flexing in that area.

2) I know your unit is 10 years old, however, a phone call to the manufacturer will answer the question as to the availability of a original or replacement tub.

Good luck, Ron

pulling that out looks like just about a full bath remodel. I would stick with the easy fixes if they work. tape/caulk/patch kits etc

There are services, which will repair plastic shower enclosures. Look for a bathroom repair company. I had my shower floor crack, when my Crusader was new. It was MUCH easier for the person to repair it than to try to get the old enclosure out and a new one in. It was ready for use again after 24-hours of set time. It has worked fine for 2 years (so far). It is color-matched to the rest of the enclosure.

BTW, Prime Time paid for the repair, so I don't know how much it was.

They make replacement seals for the doors. Most RV parts stores have them. Take the old one off and take it to the store and match it. You may need to cut it to size.
